Minimum/General Experience:

• Software testing, with good English/Japanese communication skills
• Software Testing, and Testing Levels, including: Unit Test, Integration Test, Functional Test, System Test
• Quality Control techniques, including: Test Design, Testing Techniques and executing test cases, reporting and tracking defects
• Common software tools to perform above functions
• Methodical, document work well, with attention to detail
• Analytical and report writing skills as well as ability to work independently

Additional requirements for Automation test engineers:

• Automated test tools, such as: WinRunner, QuickTest Pro, Silktest, etc…
• Implement, test, run, maintain test scripts
• Ability to lead a team as Automation Test Lead

Functional Responsibility:

• Conduct manual and/or automated testing
• Support all aspects of software testing including, test estimation, test planning, test case writing, test execution
• Identify, report, and track bugs
• Test documentation

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
