Minimum/General Experience: Serve as a Working Manager/Project Leader, and interface with the Contractor's Management Team to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction for individual delivery orders. Develop detailed Project Work Plans, Supervisory, Technical, and administrative direction for technical personnel. Review work products for correctness, adherence to the design/concept and to user standards, and be responsible for progress in accordance with schedules. Required to perform various software development tasks and be technically competent with regards to the software products utilized. Five years experience in software development including at least 2 years as manager/leader is required. Good English communication skills required. .
Functional Responsibility: Demonstrate working experience in Project Management as a Program Manager in Software Development and/or Maintenance Task using a Structured Development Methodology. Demonstrated progressively more difficult software development and programming experience using modern technologies such as OOD, OOP.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field.
