Minimum/General Experience: Five years, in which time this individual has implemented software development processes that resulted in an organization achieving CMM level three or four.
Functional Responsibility: Develop and implement a program to change and improve major software development processes. Develop, implement and lead software development processes that result in the organization achieving the various Capability Maturity Model (CMM) levels. Perform CMM/CMMI based activities, including internal process assessments, establishment of standards, and act as a change agent. Manage one or more aspects of the development of a software system, such as requirements definition, programming or acceptance. Coordinate projects of a group or team. Establish or participate in the establishment of a software engineering process group (SEPG). Maintain a process database, establish process standards and evaluate results. Lead presentations on technical or otherwise complex issues.
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or other related discipline.
