Minimum/General Experience:

1. Have interest in software quality and software testing.
2. Understanding of the Software Testing, and Testing Levels (Unit Test, Integration Test, Functional Test, System Test...).
3. Knowledge of Quality Control techniques including Test design, Testing Techniques and executing test cases, reporting and tracking defects.
4. Be capable of using all common software tools to perform the above functions. Must be methodical, document work well and attention to detail.
5. Possess analytical and report writing skills as well as ability to work independently.
6. Experience in testing in various applications.
7. Good English reading and writing skills. Express effective written and verbal communications.

Additional requirements for Automation test engineers:

1. Hands-on experience in using one of automation test tools such as WinRunner, QuickTest Pro, Silktest, etc.
2. Implement, test, run, maintain the test scripts.
3. Demonstrate the ability to lead a team for the automation test lead position.

Functional Responsibility:

1. Conduct manual and/or automated testing.
2. To support all aspects of software testing including, test estimation, test planning, test case writing, test execution.
3. Identify, report and track bugs.
4. And test documentation.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
