Minimum/General Experience:
- Demonstrate working experience in project management or test management.

- Understand the technical issues on the project. Be bold.
- Be able to direct team members at all levels.
- Understand the product lifecycle and all its deliverables.
- Identify and track to the milestones.
- Exhibit personal excellence:
- Be able to work one or more vendors or companies at the same time.
- Communicate with the project's cross-functional members.
- Must be well organized, self motivated, and detail oriented. Needs to be very hands-on, proactive, and tenacious with obtaining requirements information, testing features, and getting bugs resolved.
- Experience with full life cycle software development & will be expected to perform all activities in support of release of software into production & produce necessary documentation.
- Seek out solutions and get closure.
- Strong communications in both English and Vietnamese required.
Functional Responsibility:
- Requirements analysis.
- Create and maintain test plans. Prepare plans and schedules.
- Estimate testing tasks, resources, time and budget.
- Test strategy & plan development. Develop test strategies for a wide range of technologies.
- Test execution, Test evaluation & reporting at unit, process, system and user levels.
- Risk assessment.
- Interface with development and the project team as well as with oversea customers.
- You will be expected to organize, plan, lead & manage test team, ensure all testing is compliant our client's needs. Understand and be able to create, develop and implement proper software testing procedures and processes.
- Train the test engineers to effective bug findings.
- Measure and report testing progress against milestones.
- Recommend improvements for existing software development and test processes
- Promote Quality and SQA standards within the company.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
