Functional Responsibility:

1. Requirements analysis.
2. Create and maintain test plans. Prepare plans and schedules.
3. Estimate testing tasks, resources, time and budget.
4. Test strategy & plan development. Develop test strategies for a wide range of technologies.
5. Test execution, Test evaluation & reporting at unit, process, system and user levels.
6. Risk assessment.
7. Interface with development and the project team as well as with oversea customers.
8. You will be expected to organize, plan, lead & manage test team, ensure all testing is compliant our client's needs. Understand and be able to create, develop and implement proper software testing procedures and processes.
9. Train the test engineers to effective bug findings.
10. Measure and report testing progress against milestones.
11. Recommend improvements for existing software development and test processes
12. Promote Quality and SQA standards within the company.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
