Thinh Ngoc Nguyen, CEO.
Mr. Thinh Nguyen has worked in the software development industry for over 25 years in the US specializing in rapid developing of enterprise and telecommunication networks management system (NMS). He founded the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Committee of American Chamber of Commerce Vietnam. He has participated in many non-profit projects in Vietnam since 1990 in diverse areas such as medical, education and cultural.
From 1992 to 1999, Thinh was the Engineering Manager/Director for Digital Link Corp., Sunnyvale, California. DLC became a publicly traded company in 2/1994 as a leading provider of WAN equipment. From 1999 until 2002, he had joined the management team at Xros to develop a state of the art Photonic Switch. Xros became a part of Nortel Networks in a multi-billion dollars acquisition in 3/2000.
Thinh is a graduate of University of New Orleans, Louisiana in Computer Science.
Tim Nguyen, VP Sales.
After earning the BS and MS degrees in Computer Science, Tim started his career at General Dynamics in 1988 as a system engineer working on the Atlas/Centaur rocket. He also worked at the Minnesota Supercomputer Center as a specialist in parallel computers. In 1991, Tim moved to Chicago to pursue his PhD studies at the University of Illinois. He also served as an adjunct faculty at Motorola University in Schaumburg, IL. In 1998, Tim found Tikasu inc., a proprietary trading firm in Chicago.
Tim specializes in Numerical Analysis, Quantitative Analysis and Parallel computers. He had reviewed and published papers in the areas of Software Engineering, Project Management, Multimedia and Neural Network.
James Đỗ, VP Engineering.
James joined GE Calma after receiving his MS in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine, to focus on IC design automation software. He continued at Mentor Graphics, where he developed IC and PCB design automation software as software engineering manager; in this capacity, he has led efforts in ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI certification. In his most recent position, he has worked with the leading Japanese packaging manufacturer on the design of advanced design tools. James joined PSD in June 2007. He has also been involved in international standardization efforts related to multilingual computing as member of the Unicode Technical Committee, and of the TCVN Joint Technical Committee.
