Canh Viet Le.
Mr. Canh Viet Le is a graduate of MIT and Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. From 1986 to 1990, Canh was a bond trader on Wall Street for the investment banks Salomon Brothers and First Boston. Subsequently, he co-founded Tribe Computer Works, a networking company, which was acquired by Zoom Telephonics in 1996. He then co-founded Whistle Communications, an Internet server company backed by the venture capital firms Mayfield and IVPWe insists on a quality of service that exceeds expectations.
Canh served on the Board of the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC) during the last decade as Director, Chair, and in recent years as Chair Emeritus. He worked with SEARAC extensively on behalf of Vietnamese refugees, asylum seekers and returnees. From 1993 through 1996, Canh was instrumental in implementing an assistance program to re-integrate voluntary returnees into their communities in a dozen provinces throughout Vietnam.
After Whistle Communications was acquired by IBM in 1999, Canh devotes his time and energy to international humanitarian and development issues through the Le Viet Canh & Vuong Ngoc Quyen Foundation, established the same year with an endowment from Canh and his wife Quyen. The Foundation's mission is to alleviate poverty through domestic and international assistance, relief and cultural programs. It also aims to promote education and public health, build community institutions, and develop self-sustaining economic enterprises.
Currently Canh is serving as Treasurer on the Board of Asian Pacific Fund in San Francisco.

Steve Tabaska.
Mr. Tabaska has over 22 years of engineering, product development and program management experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Tabaska was the Vice President of Engineering within the Xros division at Nortel Networks, where he played an instrumental role in leading the development of Nortel's 3D MEMs transparent optical cross connect before and after Nortel's $3.25 billion acquisition of Xros. Mr. Tabaska was VP Engineering at Continuum Photonics where he led the development of an Optical Cross Connect. He was CTO and VP Engineering at Digital Link Corporation, where he led a variety of access product development efforts for carriers and enterprise customers.
Mr. Tabaska has also served as an Executive Director at MCI where he was responsible for MCI's Frame Relay, SMDS, ATM, X.25, Internet dial access networks and services.
Steve was the Director of Systems and Hardware Engineering for WilTel, which was subsequently purchased by Worldcom, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the carrier's ATM network. Steve was also instrumental in the development of Telinq Systems, prior to its acquisition by ADC, where he led the development of numerous ASICs for the SONET/SDH market.
Early in his career, Mr. Tabaska has also held senior engineering positions at Rockwell International prior to his division's purchase by Alcatel.
He holds a BSEE from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Hien Cung.
Mr. Hien Cung is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advantek Enterprises, Inc., an IT consulting and system integration company with a proven track record since 1993, specializing in database applications development, reporting solutions, ERP customization, data warehousing and business intelligence suites. Advantek's national clients includes Agilent Technologies, Oracle, Inter-Tel, Alcatel, Gap Inc., Netcom, HP, Visa, IBM, BellSouth Telecommunications, Sema Group, Total Systems, American Red Cross, GTE, Georgia Pacific, GoldKist, Phillips Petroleum, Federal Reserves Bank, Holiday Inn World-Wide, Atlanta Channel, etc.
In addition to his 11 years of business leadership at Advantek, Hien also has over 15 years of hands-on experience in software development, data base design, project management, and systems integration.
He has held numerous senior technical and management positions in corporate information systems. As IT Architect, he built World-Wide Distribution Data Warehouse for IBM's global supply chain management practice. As Principal Consultant, he developed business intelligence solutions for Oracle's corporate clients. In addition, Hien has served as: Senior Database Administrator at USAA and Continuum Corporation, Project Manager of the Enterprise Data Model project at Holidays Inn World-Wide, and Marketing Manager at Shell Oil VietNam.
